The hotel's location was excellent for exploring Riyadh, being just across the street from Kingdom Tower, although some inconveniences like having to pick up food orders personally were noted. The dining options were limited, especially during Ramadan, but the homemade bread was a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel was overall satisfying. The room wasn't tidy and had a slight smell, possibly from smoking, but eventually was ready for my check-in time. The service was a mix of very professional and welcoming reception by Mr Sultan and AbdulRhman, with some instances of poor customer service. The location was convenient, right near everything I needed, although the dining experience was a bit restricted, and the room air felt dusty.
