My stay at the hotel was overall satisfying. The room wasn't tidy and had a slight smell, possibly from smoking, but eventually was ready for my check-in time. The service was a mix of very professional and welcoming reception by Mr Sultan and AbdulRhman, with some instances of poor customer service. The location was convenient, right near everything I needed, although the dining experience was a bit restricted, and the room air felt dusty.
